Is suretiform legitimate? The facts, and how to check them

Is suretiform legitimate? The short answer

Is suretiform legitimate? We are the seller, so you should not take our word for it, and nobody can prove a negative. What we can do is list what you can check, what you cannot, and where you can lose money even when everything works as designed. In brief: suretiform is a trading name of a registered company that supplies rule-based trading software. Your money goes to a licensed broker, not to us. The software cannot predict prices, and trading with it can lose you your whole deposit.

How we wrote this review

We used only what we can point to: our company record, how our own product behaves, the published terms of brokers, and the public websites of other providers. Each figure about another provider carries a source link and a date. Where something is not published, we say so instead of guessing. We use no testimonials, because we hold none we could stand behind. We also read each claim against our Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, so that nothing here contradicts them, and we will correct this page if you show us a mistake.

Facts you can check yourself

  • The company. Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, trading as suretiform, registered in England and Wales, number 14209581, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Look it up on Companies House.
  • The broker. Its name, regulator and licence number are in the table below, with a link to the public register. Check that the entry matches.
  • The domains. suretiform.co.uk and www.suretiform.co.uk. Nothing else is ours.
  • The connection. This site uses TLS 1.3. A padlock shows that a connection is private. It does not show that a site is honest.
  • The complaints route. [email protected], with a formal acknowledgement within 48 business hours.

Is suretiform a scam? What it is not

A scam takes money and gives nothing, or lies about what it gives. suretiform does not take your money at all: it is not a broker, bank, dealer or adviser, and it holds no client funds. It is not itself regulated, and we do not claim it is; the brokers are. It is not an investment scheme and pools nobody's money. It does not use quantum computing, and the word appears only in the operating company's name. It makes no promise of results.

What the software does

You choose the markets, how much of your account to risk on each trade (1% to 5%), and where each trade should be stopped or closed. The software reads order-book depth with classical statistics and places orders inside those limits through your broker. A Halt Execution button stops new orders in one click. For UK retail clients the product covers forex, indices and commodity CFDs. Crypto CFDs are not offered to them.

suretiform fees and withdrawals, honestly

The software and registration cost £0. You still pay the spread on every trade, which the broker sets and which moves with liquidity, and your bank or broker may charge fees of its own. The minimum deposit is $250 AUD · £250 GBP · €250 EUR · $250 CAD · $250 NZD · $250 SGD. It is your money and stays liquid, and it is exposed to market risk. Because brokers pay us, the real cost of trading is the spread and any fees, not the word free in free software.

You can ask for any amount up to your full balance at any time. suretiform applies no lock-up, no holdback and no withdrawal fee. The broker reviews requests within 24 business hours and funds clear in 1 to 3 business days by bank transfer or card. These are usual service levels, not promises, and the broker's terms are the ones that bind. Test the route early with a small withdrawal. If a payout is slower than stated, contact the broker first, then write to us.

The unglamorous bits

Most reviews of automated trading tools spend their time on the interface and the claims. We think four dull questions matter more. Who holds the money? Who can you complain to? What does it cost on a bad day? What happens if you want to stop? Software with a good answer to each is easier to trust than software with a handsome dashboard. We answer all four on this page, and the answers match the Home, About and Registration pages, because they do not change by page.

We have also left things out on purpose: no profit chart, no list of happy customers and no leaderboard, because we cannot show any of them honestly. If you came looking for those, you are reading the wrong review.

Executing brokers and their loss rates

How suretiform compares

People ask how suretiform stacks up against well-known names such as eToro, Kraken Pro and Capital.com. They are different kinds of product: those are brokers or exchanges, and suretiform is software that works through a broker. So we compare only public, checkable points: minimum deposit, regulation, fees and withdrawal terms. Each row comes from that provider's own website on the date shown, and terms differ by country and change, so check before relying on them.

Public information from each provider's own website, on the date shown. Where it is not published, we say so. Check the source before relying on it.

Limitations and risks

  • You can lose everything you deposit. Each broker publishes its own retail loss rate, shown in the table above once a broker is listed.
  • Rules are not foresight. A rule that fits past prices can fail on new ones, and simulations are not a guide to real results.
  • Stops are not walls. Prices can gap past a stop-loss, so a single trade can lose more than you planned.
  • Spreads are a drag. Frequent trading pays the spread many times over.
  • Technology fails. Software, brokers, banks and connections can all go down.
  • Our incentive. We are paid when a client opens a live account. Weigh that when you read us.
  • Availability. Access is restricted in some countries, and trading is offered only where a licensed broker serves yours.

The full list is on the Risk Disclosure page.

Who should not use it

Anyone who cannot afford to lose the deposit, who needs the money soon, who is hoping for a sure thing, or who does not understand how CFDs work. If losing the minimum deposit would upset you, do not deposit it.

How to judge any trading platform

  1. Find the company on an official registry and check that the name matches.
  2. Find the broker's licence on the regulator's own register, not on the platform's say-so.
  3. Walk away from promised returns, celebrity endorsements, countdown timers and pressure to deposit fast.
  4. Read the withdrawal terms before the deposit terms.
  5. Withdraw a small amount early, to test the route.

Verdict

suretiform is a disclosed, checkable software service that sits on top of licensed brokers. It is not a way to make money without risk, and nothing here is advice. If the facts above hold up when you check them, and you can afford the risk, you may join. If not, you have lost nothing by reading.
