Who owns suretiform, and how it earns its money
Who owns suretiform? The software is operated by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 14209581. This page says who is behind it, what the software is, where your money sits and how we are paid.
Who owns suretiform: the company behind the software
| Operator | Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, trading as suretiform |
|---|---|
| Registration | England and Wales, No. 14209581 (check it on Companies House) |
| Registered office | 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom |
| What it does | Builds and supplies rule-based trading software |
| What it is not | A broker, dealer, bank or financial adviser. It does not hold, custody or manage client money. |
The word quantum appears in the company's legal name and nowhere else. The software does not use quantum computing. We name no individuals on this site, because nobody has agreed to be named.
Mission and method
We want automated trading to be explainable to someone who has never used it. So we publish the dull parts first: what it costs, who holds the money, how you can lose and how you can leave. There is no origin story here and no founder portrait. Anything on this site that can be checked comes with a way to check it. Anything that cannot be checked is left out.
Is suretiform a broker? No, it is software
suretiform does two ordinary things. It reads order-book depth with classical statistics, and it places orders that follow your rules.
- You choose the limits. Markets, the size of each position (1% to 5% of the account), and a stop-loss and take-profit for each trade.
- The software stays inside them. It sends orders to your broker only when the price is within your limits. Halt Execution stops new orders with one click.
It does not forecast prices. Nothing here is a promise about results.
Where your money sits
Your deposit goes to an executing broker licensed for your country, for example by ASIC in Australia or the FCA in the United Kingdom. The broker holds it in a client account, executes your trades and clears them. You can see the broker's name, regulator and licence number, with a link to the public register, before you register.
How suretiform makes money
suretiform is a software vendor and a marketing affiliate. Executing brokers pay us rebates and referral fees for clients who open live accounts. That does not add to the price of the software, which is £0, and it does not change the spread you pay. It does mean we earn when you open an account, so we have a reason to want you to register. That is why the costs and risks come before the form and why every page opens with an advertising disclosure. Our review is written by our own team and is not independent.
What we do not do
- We do not use celebrities, newsreaders or actors. Videos and adverts that say otherwise are fake.
- We do not publish profit screenshots, projections or testimonials.
- We do not run countdown clocks, invented scarcity or live-trade tickers.
How we think about trust
Trust comes from being easy to check, so each claim has its evidence next to it: a registry link, a licence number, a date. If you find something on these pages that you cannot check, tell us. We will supply the evidence or take the claim down. A plain site may look less exciting than the competition. We are comfortable with that.
When something goes wrong
Email [email protected] and we will acknowledge formally within 48 business hours. For general questions write to [email protected]. Hours and details are on the Contact page. If you are weighing us up, the platform review lists every check we know of.
