24/5 Trading Desk Support, Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. That is five days a week, not seven, so a message sent at the weekend waits until Monday.
Before you write
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot see your broker account. For a question about a balance, a trade or a withdrawal, write to your executing broker. For anything about the website, the software or this company, write to us and say which page you were on.
Complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email address you used, and what happened. We acknowledge formally within 48 business hours. Complaints about trades, money or accounts may also need to go to the broker, which has its own route and, where one applies, an ombudsman or dispute scheme.
How to report a fake website or fraud
Our only addresses are suretiform.co.uk and www.suretiform.co.uk. If you find a lookalike site, a fake advert or a caller using our name, email the complaints address with the web address, a screenshot and the date. Do not enter details on the site. Also report it to your national fraud-reporting service, and to your bank if you paid anyone.
